Shipping (Australia Only)

Urban Threadz currently ships exclusively within Australia.

Shipping Details:

• Flat rate: $15.00 AUD + GST

• Free shipping on orders over $150.00 AUD

• All orders are processed within 2–4 business days

• Delivery is estimated within 2–8 business days depending on location

Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your email. Please ensure all shipping details are accurate at checkout, as Urban Threadz is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels once marked as delivered.

Returns & Exchanges

Urban Threadz accepts returns and exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

• Items must be returned in suitable packaging to protect the product

• Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or an incorrect product was received

How to Return or Exchange:

2. We will provide return instructions and the return address

3. Once the item is received and inspected, a refund, exchange, or store credit will be processed as requested

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please email www.urbanthreadz@outlook.com within 7 days of receiving your order, along with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will prioritize resolving the problem as quickly as possible.
