1. Do you ship internationally?
No. Urban Threadz currently only ships within Australia.
2. How much is shipping?
Shipping is a flat rate of $15.00 AUD + GST. We offer free shipping on all orders over $150.00 AUD.
3. How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days, and delivery generally takes 2–8 business days depending on your location.
4. Can I return or exchange an item?
At this time, we do not offer/accept returns or exchanges. If there is something wrong with the product or we mailed the wrong thing then yes we will accept a return. For help contact www.urbanthreadz@outlook.com
5. What if I receive a faulty or incorrect item?
If you receive an item that is faulty or not what you ordered, contact us at www.urbanthreadz@outlook.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
6. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to update or cancel your order, contact us at www.urbanthreadz@outlook.com as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll do our best to assist.
7. How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your delivery.
8. Will sold-out items be restocked?
Selected items may be restocked, but many of our drops are limited runs. Follow us on social media or join our mailing list to stay updated on new releases and restocks.
